Hadrian Organics has been formed to sell direct to you, the public. We have a wide range of quality, organic food & farm produce reared, grown and produced in North Cumbria.
- All of our producers specialise in rare or traditional breeds local to the area. This not only ensures the breeds survival but also, we feel, maximises flavour.
- All organic stock are free range, producers breed their own replacement animals and have no need to buy in stock from outside the area.
- The animal husbandry on our farms is of the highest standard. Some farms also have conservation and education facilities. Many, for example, are covered by Countryside Stewardship Scheme or higher level Stewardship agreements for wildlife, habitat and landscape conservation.

Alien Invaders at The Croft Farm: Saturday 31st July, at The Croft Farm, Houghton. Support the “Save our Squirrels” campaign by attending the Alien Invaders BBQ. Tickets are £6 for adults and £4 for under 16’s. Price includes BBQ and activity vouchers. There will be live music, farm shops, children’s games and wild foods. Farm Walk at Wallacefield, Armathwaite: Thursday 12th August. Organised by friends of the Lake District, this event is free but light refreshments will be on sale at the end of the walk. Produce from Hadrian Organics will be on sale including beef, lamb, pork, vegetables, cheese and preserves. Booking is not required but we would appreciate you letting us know if you plan to come along as this helps with refreshments. Call Penny on 01539 720788.
